The rules that apply when you buy from us.
All prices are shown in Algerian dinars (DZD) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery is charged separately and varies by wilaya and whether you choose home delivery or a pickup desk — the exact cost is shown before you confirm.
We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. The price you saw is the price you pay.
Cash on delivery is our standard method: you pay when the parcel reaches you. Where enabled, CCP and BaridiMob transfers are also accepted.
We never ask for card details, and we never ask for your password.
We confirm every order by phone before dispatch. If we cannot reach you after several attempts, the order may be cancelled and the stock released. Please make sure the number you enter is one you actually answer.
You can cancel your order yourself, from the order page, at any point before we confirm and prepare it. Any points you spent are returned automatically.
Once the parcel is with the courier it can no longer be cancelled from the site — open a support request instead and we will help.
Occasionally an item sells out between your order and our confirmation call. If that happens we will tell you on the call and offer an alternative or cancel the order at no cost to you.
We sell perfumes. Scent is personal: the way a fragrance develops depends on skin, temperature and time, so the same perfume can smell different on two people. A fragrance not being to your taste is not a fault in the product.
Our perfumes are inspired by well-known fragrances. We are not affiliated with the houses that make those fragrances, and their names appear only to describe what our scent recalls.
Slight variation in colour between batches is normal and is not a defect.
These terms are governed by Algerian law. We will always try to resolve a disagreement with you directly and fairly before anything else.
