This explains exactly what we collect, why, and who sees it. It is written to describe what our systems actually do — not to be vague.
Your name, phone number, address and order history are never sold, rented, traded or shared with advertisers or data brokers. Not now, and not as a future business model.
We use your details for two things only: getting your order to you, and staying in touch with you about our products — new arrivals, offers and coupons. Nothing else.
To deliver an order we need:
An account is optional — you can order as a guest. If you do create one, we also store your email, your password (encrypted, so nobody at RUSAFA can read it), your saved addresses, your scent preferences if you set them, your points balance and your referral code.
When you report a problem with an order, we store your message, the photos you attach, and our replies, so the conversation has a history. Support staff can see the order it concerns.
This is the complete list. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job:
If you have bought from us before, we may send you a message when we release a new product, sometimes with a discount code reserved for existing customers. We do this by notification in your account and by email.
We do not do this to people who have never ordered, and we do not pass your details to anyone else so they can market to you.
To stop receiving these, contact us and say so, or turn off notifications from your dashboard. Messages about an order you have actually placed — a confirmation, a delivery update — will still reach you, because you need those.
Order records are kept as long as our accounting obligations require. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete them. Support conversations are kept so we can refer back to what was agreed.
Under Algerian Law 18-07 on the protection of personal data, you can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose.
Contact us and we will act on it. We may need to keep certain order records where the law requires it, and we will tell you if that applies.
Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us their details, contact us and we will remove them.
